Job Summary
We have an urgent requirement for a Customer Care Executive - Female who can take orders and handle customer Inbound calls.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for taking / cancelling orders and dealing with Clients Queries.
- Establishing and strengthening relationship with customers and telling them about the Products / Offers / Services.
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintaining database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Persuasion Skills.
- Proactive with a Positive attitude.
- Fantastic people skills and a go getter.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Ability to Satisfy and Result Driven.
- Should have working Knowledge Of Computer (Word, Excel), Internet.
