Job Description
The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. They must show the willingness to learn new things.Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility
Responsibilities:-
• Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
Job Details:
Age: 18 years to 40 years
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Night shift
Salary: 18,000-35,000 INR
