- Age limit: 18 - 38 years
- 8-hour Rotational Shifts
- 6-days working
- Permanent job on 'Tech Mahindra payroll' (No third party system)
- Providing on-call support to customers
- Responsible to provide end to end complete resolution to customer concerns
- Cab facility available
