Job Description
Ensure completion of calls outs in line with defined targets.Maintain quality of leads generated.Generation of targeted leads on daily/weekly/monthly basis.Completion of required certification in line with process requirements.Attend/ self learn processes/products as required by the process.Ensure the required level of quality are met.Provide inputs to improve the process performance.Share Customer feedback with Manager in case any issues found.
