Job Description
1) Managing incoming calls and patient inquiries.
2) Identifying and assessing patients needs to achieve satisfaction.

within the time limits.
4) Keep records of patient interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,
and comments etc.
5) Resolve patient complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
6) Should be proficient in Listening Skills, Phone Skills, Multitasking, Patience
