1. Graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer service at back end department.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attend to customers enquiries and purchase.
4. Prompt, efficient and accurate reply to emails. (acknowledgment with 24 hours)
5. A thorough knowledge and understanding of our products, return policy and processes
6. Resolution of customer queries, issues and complaints as per SOP.
7. Co-ordination between various department
