Hiring for customer care executive in International BPO MNC
Salary (for Freshers ) : 22k - 27 k CTC
Salary (for Experienced) : 22k- 34k CTC
Work From Office Job

Requirements :
* Must Have Excellence Communication Skills in English 
*Must be Familiar With Rotational Shifts .
*Both Male & Female Can Apply 
*Minimum H.S Pass is Required and Not for Persuading Candidates 
* Relevant Experience In CCE (preferable)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
  • interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
