Aerial Telecom Solutions is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our BPO / KPO team!
Qualifications:
- 10+2 and above
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Freshers & Experienced candidate welcome
- Good Communication Skills Required
- Experience in Outbound Process is add-on.
Shift Timings:
- Rotational shifts:
Morning - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Noon - 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Support:
-
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chat messages in a professional and courteous manner.

Resolve product or service-related queries by providing clear and accurate information.

Guide customers through processes such as placing orders, tracking shipments, using digital services, or troubleshooting technical issues.
2. Complaint Handling:
-
Listen actively to customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.

Investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
3. Product and Service Knowledge:
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and promotions.

Explain features, benefits, pricing, and usage of products or services clearly.

Recommend alternatives or upsell services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Generate and maintain daily, weekly, or monthly reports as needed.

Update customer profiles and ensure all information is kept confidential and secure.
5. Follow-up and Retention:

Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction.

Engage with repeat customers to build relationships and encourage loyalty.

Help resolve ongoing service issues or guide customers through long-term solutions.
6. Adherence to Procedures:

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), scripts, and quality guidelines for handling calls or cases.

Meet or exceed daily targets for resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR).

Maintain professionalism in tone, language, and customer handling at all times.
