Job Description
JD for Customer Care Executive for voice process
· Qualification: Any Graduates (12th / ITI / 3 years Diploma is also applicable)
· Language: English + 1 South language is mandatory (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam)
· Experience: Fresher
· Location: Bangalore
· General Shift: 10
am to 7 pm
. Incentives upto 5000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound and/or Outbound Calls

Receive inbound calls from customers regarding product issues, service requests, billing, or account information.

Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, follow-ups, appointment confirmations, or issue resolutions.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
2. Issue Resolution and Escalation
-
Identify customer problems quickly and provide appropriate solutions.

Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate department or team leader.

Follow up on unresolved calls until the issue is closed satisfactorily.
3. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
-
Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive service experience.

Educate customers about company products, services, procedures, and policies.

Encourage customer loyalty through quality service and accurate information delivery.
4. Data Entry and Call Logging

Accurately document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Update customer records and maintain call logs for future reference and reporting.

Track and report recurring issues or feedback to improve service quality.
5. Adherence to Quality and Compliance Standards
-
Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures as per company guidelines.

Maintain compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.

Participate in periodic audits, feedback sessions, and quality evaluations.
