Job Description
Process : (Outbound CS)
Department: Customer Service / Operations
Location: Ghansoli (MBP), Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calls for collection activities.
2. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
3. Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up
details.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
3. Gender: Male/Female
4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills
5. Other: Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational
week-offs.
Process Details:
1. Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)
2. Days of Working: 6 days working (Rotational week-off)
Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify languages required].
