Job Description
We are seeking Customer Care Executive for various client processes across industries. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across voice, chat, and email support.
Qualifications (varied as per process requirements):

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate / Post Graduate.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates with prior BPO/KPO/customer support experience will be preferred for specialized processes.
Key Skills: Customer handling, problem-solving, patience, active listening, adaptability, and teamwork.
