Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support efficiently.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
2. Order & Service Management:
- Process orders, refunds, replacements, and cancellations as per customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, billing, and technical support issues.
- Keep customers updated on order status and service requests.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service improvement.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
4. Data Entry & Reporting:
- Update customer details, queries, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports on customer interactions and complaints.
- Identify trends and common issues to improve service quality.
