Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Resolve customer complaints in a polite, timely, and efficient manner.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
2. After-Sales Support
-
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and refunds.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Record and update customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer queries and resolutions.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to management.
4. Team Collaboration
-
Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.

Share customer feedback and suggestions with relevant departments.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
