Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Communicate and Update technical or product-related problems with respective department.
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records and generate reports on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) as well as fluency in Hindi and Gujarati
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanour.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
