Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Query Resolution

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.

Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Customer Relationship Management

Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Offer personalized solutions based on customer needs.
Problem-Solving & Coordination

Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant department.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, sales, billing, etc.) to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Reporting & Feedback

Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide insights and feedback to the management for process improvements.
