Job Description
Designation: Customer Care Executive (Outbound)
Graduation: Any Graduate /Undergraduate
Salary : Rs.1,50,000/-CTC PA to Rs.1,70,000/-CTC PA
Incentive : Rs.12,000/-PA to Rs.60,000/-PA
Shift : Day shift (9.00am to 6.00pm) , Rotational Week off
Must Requirements: Candidate should be able to read the passage without MTI(Mother Tongue Influence)
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
