Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, enrolled learners, parents, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a student-focused environment. You will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding them through the enrollment process, providing after-admission support, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the professionalism and quality that our institute represents.
This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall student experience and contributing to the success of the academic center by ensuring a smooth and positive journey for every student—from inquiry to course completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Inquiry Handling

Greet walk-in students and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries related to course offerings, fees, and enrollment.

Maintain a neat and organized front desk/reception area that reflects the brand's high standards.
2. Student Counseling Support

Brief prospective students and their guardians about various courses in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel & Tourism.

Assist students in understanding course structures, eligibility criteria, training methods, certifications, placements, and career paths.

Schedule counseling appointments, demo classes, and campus visits.
3. Admission Support & Follow-Up

Guide interested students through the admission and registration process.

Follow up with leads and inquiries through calls, SMS, emails, or follow-up visits.

Coordinate with the admissions team to manage student documentation, ID cards, fee receipts, and application forms.
4. Student Services & Coordination
-
Provide after-enrollment support to students, including class schedules, batch allocation, and faculty updates.

Address basic student queries related to course progress, exam dates, assignments, and attendance.

Coordinate with academic, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication.
5. Feedback & Relationship Management

Collect feedback from students regularly to understand their experience and escalate issues if needed.

Develop strong relationships with students to increase engagement, retention, and referrals.

Handle grievances calmly and professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction.
6. Database Management & Reporting

Maintain updated records of all inquiries, student interactions, and admissions using Excel or CRM software.

Track inquiry-to-admission conversion data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Ensure all records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with institute policies.
7. Events & Engagement Activities

Support the planning and execution of student events such as orientation programs, graduation days, or career fairs.

Assist in hosting seminars, webinars, or guest lectures and provide front-line support during such events.
