Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer complaints, provide resolutions as per SOP, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is suitable for individuals who are excellent communicators in English and Hindi, patient, and able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Hindi.

Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries in accordance with company SOPs.

Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
2. Complaint Resolution

Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintain a record of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.
3. Adherence to Processes

Follow company SOPs, guidelines, and policies while handling queries and complaints.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors as required.

Ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Prepare reports on common issues, trends, and customer feedback for management review.

Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
5. Shift & Team Coordination

Be comfortable with rotational week-offs and flexible shifts as per operational requirements.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.
