Experience:- 6 months Experience into Customer Service Mandatory 
Shift Timing    : 24*7 (Rotational)Working Days : 5Week Offs       : 2 Rotational
Salary: upto 4,10,000 LPA 
Excellent Communication mandatory ( International Voice Selects Only)
Rounds of Interview : ( Virtual ) 1. HR 2. Operation
 Note: Work from office
Job Role: Solving the queries of the Customer related to Postpaid / Prepaid Customers.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
  • interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
