We're Hiring: Customer Care Executive – Import & Export Logistics
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle import & export logistics operations, customer inquiries, and documentation support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of shipping/logistics processes, and experience in handling international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication:

Handle inquiries from clients, shipping agents, and customs authorities.

Provide shipment updates, tracking details, and delivery schedules.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Import & Export Coordination:

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.

Ensure timely clearance of goods by working with customs and regulatory authorities.

Assist in processing Letters of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading (BL), and shipping documents.
Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and verify import/export documents as per regulations.

Ensure compliance with customs, international trade laws, and company policies.

Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and customer communications.
Reporting & Process Improvement:

Update the CRM system with customer interactions and shipment status.

Work with the operations team to optimize logistics efficiency.

Generate reports on shipment trends, customer feedback, and service improvements.
