Job Description
Scope of Work
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of exchanges, returns and refunds.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered.
- Assist customers with order-related issues such as tracking, shipping, and delivery.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs effectively.
