Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls,
emails, and chats.
Provide accurate information regarding
products/services to customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues
in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update CRM
systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth
resolution of customer concerns.
Follow communication guidelines and ensure high
customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to seniors or the
concerned department.
Meet performance metrics such as response time,
quality score, and customer satisfaction rating.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving
ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
