Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently across various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and social media queries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.

Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, or resolving account issues.
2. Issue Resolution:

Listen to customer concerns patiently and provide appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or departments when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
3. Documentation & Reporting:

Record customer interactions, complaints, comments, and inquiries in the CRM or ticketing system.

Maintain detailed logs of issues and the steps taken to resolve them.

Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback if required.
4. Product & Policy Knowledge:

Stay updated on all company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Communicate product changes, new features, or policy updates to customers effectively.

Share customer feedback with relevant departments for service improvement.
