Key Responsibilities:

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner.

Investigate complaints and follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff or relevant departments.

Order Processing and Support:

Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, modifications, and returns.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is updated in the system.

Follow up on outstanding orders or pending issues to ensure timely delivery or resolution.

Product Knowledge and Guidance:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate guidance.

Advise customers on product features, benefits, and potential solutions based on their needs.

Keep up to date with any changes in product offerings, policies, and procedures.

Customer Feedback and Reports:

Collect customer feedback and report trends or common issues to management for process improvement.

Participate in customer satisfaction surveys or quality assurance programs to gauge customer experience and suggest improvements.

Document interactions with customers and maintain accurate records in the customer service system.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, or logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Work with the team to ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Compliance and Adherence to Policies:

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all customer service interactions.

Maintain customer confidentiality and privacy in accordance with data protection regulations.
