Job Description

Mandatory Requirement: 
  • Any one - South Indian Languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Telegu, Tamil, Kannada)
  • Working from office with flexible shifts 6 days a week.
  • Fluent Hindi communication.
  • Should be able to understand English.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Should be an undergraduate in Bachelors/Diploma.
Preferred Requirement:
  • Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
  • Experience in Customer Care Field (Call Centre)
  • Automobile domain experience.
Key responsibilities: 
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the breakdown or other related services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
