Provide exceptional customer service to international clients via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or customer-centric environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers to ensure positive interactions.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt
