• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding queries, services, and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
• Achieve assigned customer service and follow-up targets.
• Maintain daily activity and communication reports.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
