We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, offering solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Handle order inquiries, product returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12th, diploma or college degree preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge on MS Office.
