Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Salary: ₹15,000 (In-hand) + ₹1,500 Attendance Allowance
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers professionally.

Resolve product or service-related queries, issues, or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM tools.

Understand company products, services, policies, and procedures to offer appropriate support.

Stay updated with new product updates, promotions, and company announcements.

Work collaboratively with other departments to find the best solutions for customers.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
