Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiries and Support

Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.

Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that each interaction leads to a positive customer experience.

Record and track customer issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
2. Issue Resolution and Complaint Management

Actively listen to customers and identify the root cause of their concerns or complaints.

Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach.

Resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback to customers.

Maintain a record of customer interactions and ensure that all issues are addressed to the customer's satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-up as needed.

Ensure that customer feedback is recorded, analyzed, and shared with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Assist in gathering customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
4. Product Knowledge and Guidance

Keep up to date with product offerings, company policies, and services to offer accurate information to customers.

Advise customers on product usage, installation, maintenance, and other relevant queries.

Educate customers about promotions, discounts, or new products/services.
5. Administrative Tasks and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints following the company's policies.

Update customer databases and manage CRM systems for easy access to customer details.
6. Team Collaboration and Reporting

Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure customers' needs are met and their issues are resolved.

Report recurring customer issues, feedback, and concerns to management for process improvement.

Work towards meeting or exceeding customer service targets, such as response times and resolution times.
7. Multitasking and Time Management

Handle multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously while ensuring that each customer receives individual attention.

Prioritize customer issues based on urgency and impact, ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently.
