Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.

Address customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries with empathy and understanding.

Follow communication scripts and procedures while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.

Issue Resolution:

Listen to customers carefully to understand the nature of their problems.

Investigate and diagnose issues or concerns effectively.

Offer appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or higher authority.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate information to customers.

Stay updated on new features, promotions, changes in policies, and industry trends.

Educate customers about available services, upgrades, offers, and benefits.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software or databases.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on common customer issues, resolutions provided, and satisfaction ratings.

Contribute insights and feedback to improve customer service strategies and product offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Follow up on previous interactions to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to aid in product and service improvements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, Billing, and Operations to provide comprehensive support.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve service delivery and performance.

Share knowledge, best practices, and customer feedback with peers and management.
