Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Language: Hindi & English
Shift: General shift & Rotational Shift
General (Morning 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM, 8:00 to 5.00 PM, 9:00 to 6: 00 PM) Rotational Shift: 7:00 AM to 4.00 PM, 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM, 10.00 PM to 7 :00 AM)
Interview Location: Chennai (OMR )
Salary Package – 18000 to 20000 (Gross Pay)
Job Summary:
· Provide service of Inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests such as a vehicle that won’t start; flat tire; keys locked inside a car; vehicle out of gas; vehicle in an accident.
· Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation
· Provide safe facilities to customer
· Dispatch a service provider to assist the customer.
· Provide status updates to customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent service when dealing with stressful situations.
· Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.
· Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
· Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behaviour.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent with Fresher & 6 Months – 2 year of experience
· Able to speak and read English fluently
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Basic Excel Knowledge
