Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Address customer issues and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and providing accurate information.

Assist customers with product/service-related inquiries, orders, account issues, and troubleshooting.
2. Problem Resolution:

Identify customer issues or concerns, troubleshoot effectively, and resolve them in a timely and empathetic manner.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
3. Order Management:

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.

Update customer information and ensure accurate order tracking.

Handle billing queries, payment issues, and ensure proper invoicing.
4. Customer Retention:

Develop positive relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and support.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling company products/services.

Proactively inform customers of new products, promotions, or updates that might interest them.
5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including queries, feedback, and actions taken.

Document customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns or potential service improvements.
6. Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay informed about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve customer care skills and product knowledge.
7. Quality Assurance:

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of customer service excellence.
8. Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues.

Assist in the development of customer service strategies and improvements.
