Customer Care Executive required for Domestic Voice Process

Shift Timing - Various Shifts

Salary 10,000 to 15,000/-

Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is required

English writing skills is required

Responsibilities:

Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Follow communication scripts and handle different topics.

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Skills:

Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
