*Job Title:* Customer Care Executive  
*Department:* Customer Service  
*Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (In-Hand)  
Typing Speed Requirement: Minimum 30 WPM  

*Job Overview:*Speed Global Solutions is looking for a *Customer Care Executive* to join our logistics department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing logistics-related queries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.  
 
*Key Responsibilities:*
 
*Customer Support:*
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, providing prompt and professional support.  
- Address inquiries related to *logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and order status updates**.  
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.  
 
*Order & Logistics Management:*
- Monitor and manage   *order status, delivery timelines, and shipment documentation* .  
- Coordinate with *warehouses, transportation teams, and third-party logistics providers* to ensure on-time deliveries.  
- Assist customers with the *returns and exchange process*, ensuring compliance with company policies.  

*Communication & Coordination:*
- Keep customers informed about *shipment details, potential delays, and any logistics-related issues*.  
- Work closely with the *logistics, sales, and operations teams* to enhance service efficiency.  

Qualifications & Requirements:
- *Education* : A *bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field* is preferred (Graduation is mandatory).  
- *Experience: 0 to 3 years* (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).  

*Skills :*  
- Strong verbal communication skills.    
- Ability to multitask and manage customer queries effectively.    
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.    
- Proficiency in typing (minimum *30 WPM)* .
