We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to assist customers effectively via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries promptly and efficiently.

2. Issue Resolution & Service Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and payments.
  • Follow up on customer complaints until resolved.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain customer records and call logs in CRM software.
  • Suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Document customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
