Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to assist customers effectively via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries promptly and efficiently.
2. Issue Resolution & Service Coordination:
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and payments.
- Follow up on customer complaints until resolved.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain customer records and call logs in CRM software.
- Suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Document customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
