- Strong knowledge of domestic BPO processes, including outbound sales and telemarketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective sales pitches.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
