About the Role
We are seeking a polite, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, feedback, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person—depending on the company’s communication channels.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication, while maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service. Whether it's helping with product information, resolving a complaint, or guiding users through a process, your goal will be to deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Customer Queries

Attend incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers and resolve their questions effectively.

Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, pricing, or company policies.

Address inquiries regarding orders, transactions, bookings, subscriptions, or service usage.
2. Complaint Resolution

Listen actively to customer complaints and grievances in a calm and professional manner.

Investigate the issue and provide the best possible solution or escalate the matter to relevant departments.

Ensure that complaints are followed up until full resolution and customer is satisfied.
3. Data Entry and CRM Management

Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system or database.

Log tickets, service requests, and follow-ups as per standard procedure.

Update customer profiles and flag critical concerns to team leaders or supervisors.
4. Product and Process Knowledge

Stay updated with the latest products, services, promotions, and policy changes.

Attend training sessions and refresher courses regularly to ensure knowledge accuracy.

Educate customers about available options, upgrades, warranties, or support tools.
5. Relationship Building

Build trust and rapport with customers by being empathetic and courteous at all times.

Proactively offer solutions, alternatives, or compensation (if permitted by policy) to retain dissatisfied customers.

Encourage repeat business or referrals through excellent service.
6. Team Coordination

Work in collaboration with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns faster.

Provide feedback from customers to management for product or service improvement.

Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
