We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle client queries, provide service-related support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

  • Assist clients with booking appointments, rescheduling, and service-related queries.

  • Coordinate with makeup artists and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.

  • Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat bookings.

  • Upsell or recommend beauty services as per customer needs.

  • Share promotional offers and updates with clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

  • Previous customer service or telecalling experience is preferred.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.

  • Passion for beauty and a customer-first attitude.
