Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person (if applicable).

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns.

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Problem Solving and Complaint Resolution:

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Investigate and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the root cause.

Propose appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to log queries and updates.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and resolutions for internal use.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Stay up to date with the latest company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Be prepared to provide product demonstrations or guide customers through technical processes.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
