Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer requests over phone on daily basis
* Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time.
* Complete all assigned tasks on-time!* Provide regular updates to the client.
* Report to team leaders on job performance* Work punctually and diligently.

* Basic of understanding of computer
* Experience - Calling Process(inbound/outbound)
* Excellent communication skills required.
