Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and friendly manner. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. -
Issue Resolution:
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Resolve product or service-related issues within set timeframes and escalate unresolved cases to senior support staff when needed. -
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to confidently assist customers with accurate information and guidance. -
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in CRM or ticketing systems. Ensure data is updated in real-time and complies with company standards. -
Follow-up:
Conduct timely follow-ups on customer cases, order status, or complaints to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction. -
Feedback Collection:
Gather and record customer feedback to identify trends, improve processes, and report recurring issues to management. -
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments such as technical support, logistics, billing, or sales to fulfill customer requests or resolve problems. -
Performance Goals:
Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and attendance. -
Adaptability:
Adjust to new tools, updates in company procedures, or product launches quickly to stay current and effective in handling customer interactions. -
Customer Retention:
Create a positive experience that promotes customer retention and brand loyalty, even when dealing with complaints or service disruptions.
