Job Description
Answering Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer questions about products, services, orders, and company policies via email, chat, or other channels.
Resolving Customer Issues: Promptly and effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, and other concerns.
Providing Product Knowledge: Possessing and sharing accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, orders, or accounts

Provide accurate and complete information to customers in a clear and professional manner

Listen actively and understand customer concerns to provide effective solutions
2. Issue Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
3. Order & Service Support

Help customers place, track, or modify orders (for e-commerce, retail, etc.)

Guide customers through processes like returns, refunds, service requests, or warranty claims
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or helpdesk systems

Prepare daily/weekly reports of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions
5. Feedback & Improvement
-
Collect and log customer feedback for continuous service improvement

Share insights and trends observed during interactions with the team or management
