Job Description
An international bpo is hiring for inbound tech support at Adeeba BPO.
Experienced required at least 1 year Voice process tech supportexperienced required in tech support outbound or inbound.
Position vacant :sales associate
NOTE:
No hiring going on for DOMESTIC PROCESS.
Criteria:candidate needs to speak in English fluentlycandidate needs to have experience in tech supportno refund backgroundcandidate needs to know how to close their own callscandidate needs to be flexible rotational shift
Attending the inbound calls and making sales by convincing the customer to pay to fix up the issues.
Job role:Candidate needs to atten inbound calls and understand the issues of the customers computer issues and resolve the issues after understanding the problem of customers computer and convince the customer to pay to fix up the issues and make sales.
Perks:Salary on the 1st Fixed salary upto 25K6 days work1 fixed roster offnight shift 10 pm to 8 amno pick up no drop
