Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to OTT content, streaming, and account management
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for OTT platform issues
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement
- Meet customer satisfaction and resolution targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
