- Manage outbound voice calling in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with immediate team-members, other customer service teams, and other company departments to ensure superior customer experience
- Follow company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
