Job Description
• Understand the
Automotive market (car brands, types and models)
• Greet phoning customers.
• Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
• Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’
needs.
• Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer inquiry.
• Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services
offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
• Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
• Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
• Feed and update customers’ information in the system.
