Job Description
CC Head-
a. Checking on team’s performance on predefined criteria.
b. Improvement needed in getting timely BL No, Shipping Bill, EGM No, e-BRC, duty drawbacks, freight forwarder, Sending shipping documents to bank/customer & all these are updated in the logistic tracker
c. Timely submission of logistic bills & maintain tracker
d. Timely renewal of annual contracts with ECGC, advance authorization, DGFT, IEC Codes / Icegate, sales contract with transporters, freight forwarders
e. Arrange meeting with our vendors & get new vendors – freight forwarders, transporters etc
f. Have updated information on import & export trade regulations & update
Supervisor on recent developments
g. Managing, Delegating & Correcting team
h. Providing timely reporting of order tracker to BD & working closely with Operations to get the dispatch dates
i. Getting order clearance through customer service team & BD Team
j. Team Management, Presentation, Excellent communication, Customer focusing approach
Experience- More than 5 years
CTC- As per the company norms
Pharma Industry preferable.
Can join Immediate or in 15 days.
