About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing inbound and/or outbound calls
2. Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer
3. Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
4. Building sustainable customer relationships
5. Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
