We have an Opening for a fresher as an Intern- Customer care in India’s leading games specialist organization.
- Designation - Intern- Customer care
- Reporting To - Manager
- Department - Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the smooth functioning of the customer care division.
- To Manage the customer Care calls and mails
- To provide the value-added and prompt customer service
- To set process, tat and to adhere as per the set plan for all the customer care division's tasks.
- To analyze and report to the management on the marketing manager and escalations if any.
- To coordinate with people and manage, process to achieve a highest standard of customer care services.
- To handle additional responsibilities as & when delegated by the management.
Desire Profile:
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Gaming knowledge would be added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with good learning skills Customer-oriented approach
